1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ef888 website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, gaming, and account management services available at ef888.bio.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account with ef888 and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the ef888 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and applicable bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ef888, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ef888 before processing withdrawals or as required by the Platform's licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all transactions on ef888.
• "Licence" means the internationally recognised online gaming licence under which ef888 operates.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ef888, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, or using any feature of the service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ef888 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of location, provided that the Player meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with ef888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ef888 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with its Licence obligations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold an existing Account with ef888. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an ef888 employee, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from ef888 or any other licensed gaming platform where such exclusion extends to ef888.

ef888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Account Registration

When registering an Account with ef888, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. ef888 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ef888 Platform. Duplicate Accounts are a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ef888 will treat all activity conducted under your credentials as authorised by you.
• ef888 may require you to complete a verification call or email confirmation before your Account is activated or before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed, and any Balance held may be forfeited pending investigation.

5 KYC Verification

ef888 is required by its Licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Players. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform at ef888's discretion.

• Identity Document: A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the past three months showing your current residential address in Pakistan.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment method used to deposit funds (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or card) belongs to you and matches your Account name.
• Source of Funds: ef888 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ef888 aims to complete KYC reviews within two to four business days of receiving all required documentation. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days may result in Account restriction.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ef888 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ef888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within 30 seconds.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on ef888 is Rs. 200. Minimum amounts for specific methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ef888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain threshold amounts.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawing real funds before wagering requirements are met may result in cancellation of outstanding bonus funds.
• Suspicious Transactions: ef888 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending investigation if a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in breach of AML obligations.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on the ef888 Platform are subject to specific product rules applicable to each market or game type. These product-specific rules are available within each betting market, casino game, or instant game on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ef888 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error as described below.
• Manifest Error: If a price or outcome is published due to a manifest error (for example, an obviously incorrect odd caused by a technical fault), ef888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Match Abandonments and Postponements: In the event a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the Platform at the time of the bet.
• ef888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits at any time without prior notice. These limits may vary by market, sport, or game type.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at ef888's discretion, particularly during match delays, stoppages, or technical issues affecting live data feeds.
• Live casino game results are final as determined by the live dealer or game system. ef888 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues experienced by Players during live gaming sessions.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ef888 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotional offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all ef888 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed basic Account registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• ef888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects the bonus is being exploited, abused, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• ef888 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion or all promotions if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns or exploitation of offer mechanics.

9 Responsible Gaming

ef888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available from within your Account settings dashboard and include deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately and without hesitation.

• Minimum Age: ef888 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authority.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from one month to permanent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Session time reminders are available to notify Players when they have been active for a chosen duration.
• ef888 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact Players if unusual account activity is detected.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ef888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any point during Platform use.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other technology to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other practice that unfairly exploits ef888's pricing or systems.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or any other offer in a manner inconsistent with normal Player behaviour or these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ef888 staff, agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the ef888 Platform, software, or proprietary content.

ef888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section, forfeit any Balance held in that Account pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ef888 Platform — including but not limited to the ef888 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of ef888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ef888's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ef888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

• ef888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
• ef888 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond ef888's reasonable control.
• ef888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits ef888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ef888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or connection to criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to the Account.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to ef888. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ef888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ef888 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an on-screen notification upon their next login. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ef888 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact ef888 support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ef888's gaming licence is issued. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ef888 Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to ef888 support at [email protected]. ef888 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with ef888's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under ef888's applicable gaming licence.
• Step 3 — Jurisdiction: Any unresolved legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

Nothing in this clause prevents ef888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
